Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product delivered to you, you can claim a refund or replacement by logging into your account and raising a RMA request.

 

We will refund or replace the items in the following scenarios:

1. The product is found to be defective after you receive it

2. Damaged during shipment

3. Parts or accessories are missing

4. Wrong or different items were sent

 

Please note that the seller will always accept RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests. If they fail to accept, the buyer can escalate the issue to Gearhunt by sending an e-mail to info@gearhunt.in or thru the RMA section in the customer account dashboard.

Please note that the RMA request should be raised within 7 days of receiving the product or products. All shipping charges for the return would be borne by the respective Seller.
