Refund Policy

Welcome to our Returns Policy! We've designed it to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience with us. Here's how it works:

 

1. Eligible Products: You can return applicable products within the designated return window if you receive them in any of the following conditions:

Physically damaged
Missing parts or accessories
Defective
Different from the product description on the Gearhunt.in product detail page.


2. Technical Support: If you experience issues with specific items like Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Gaming consoles, we're here to help. We can arrange for a technician to visit your location. This visit can be scheduled through Gearhunt Customer support email info@gearhunt.in, subject to the Gearhunt.in Terms and Conditions. The technician's evaluation report will guide the resolution process.

3. Return Requirements: To initiate a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product wasn't damaged while in your possession.
The product matches what was originally shipped to you.
The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand’s or manufacturer's box, an intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all accessories.


4. Privacy Concerns: If you plan to return an electronic device storing personal information, please erase this data before returning it. Gearhunt.in is not responsible for any misuse or exposure of personal information.

5. Non-Returnable Products: In some cases, products are not eligible for return. Examples include buyer's remorse, such as ordering the incorrect model or color. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly offer a full refund or replacement. We may contact you to assess the product's damage or defect before processing the refund or replacement. We also retain the right to pick up the product for examination before providing a refund or replacement.

6. Additional Information: Most eligible orders do not require additional information for returns, unless specified otherwise in the category-specific policy.

7. Replacement: Product replacement is possible only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

8. Policy Misuse: In cases where customers are found to excessively return, cancel, or not accept orders, Gearhunt reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend, block, or terminate customer accounts as necessary. 

9. How to initiate a return/refund/replacement request: You can claim a refund or replacement by logging into your account and raising a RMA request.

10. Seller Specific Policy: In many cases the sellers have their own return and refund policy and it is given in the seller store page, please go thru it before placing order. 

Please note that if you receive a non-returnable product in a damaged or defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the date of product delivery.
