Policy

1. Cancellation By Gearhunt:

Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and we are deeply committed in providing exceptional service to you the customer.

 

We ship out almost all orders without delay. In rare cases we may have to cancel the order due to the following reasons:

  1. Product not available or goes out of stock with the seller who has not updated the inventory.
  2. Quantity restrictions on certain products.
  3. Errors in product pricing and wrong promotional information given by the seller.
  4. Inaccurate shipping address, phone numbers etc.
  5. Non-serviceable location like remote hill stations and villages.

 

2. Cancellation By The Customer:

In case we receive  a cancellation notice from the customer within 24 hours of placing an order or before the product is shipped (whichever comes first), we will be able to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the bank account number given by the customer without much delay.

 

We will not be able to cancel the orders which have already been processed and shipped out. In this case the customer can use RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), by raising a RMA request from the customer account dashboard. This will take a longer time as the seller will initiate refund only after receiving the product.
